Vireo Video is looking for a driven Account Manager to join our tenacious and fast growing team.

This role will require you to communicate with our clients and video marketing team daily, and to develop and help execute YouTube Marketing strategies for our awesome clients.

**Responsibilities include**:

- YouTube Optimization and Strategy for Clients
- Ad Campaign Management: Working with Ads Managers, and strategists to develop YouTube Ad Strategies for Clients
- Client Communication: Communicating directly with clients (24hr max weekday policy), and assigning tasks to creative. Responding to and delivering client and internal requests in a service-oriented manner.
- Project Management: Maintaining internal project management on Trello and have an understanding of all Client Tasks
- Team management: Leading weekly status meetings, communicating deadlines and seeing them through to completion
- Reporting: Create monthly reports for clients in Google Data Studio
- Video Ad Planning + Scripting, Video Editing existing client into Ads
- Thought Leadership Posting

**You are a great fit if you have/are**
- Video Production proficiency: to conceptualize, Plan, Script + Manage Internal Video Production for our own marketing and future courses
- Certified in Google Ads: Video
- Creative mind to craft ads that reach the customer where they are in the sales funnel - An understanding of the customer journey
- Self Starter - Finding key areas to help generate business for ourselves or client, and being able to implement new value adds and upsells.
- Driven — you’re not someone who needs to be micromanaged and you don’t wait around for problems or quality concerns to hit others’ radars before brainstorming a fix
- High attention to detail, knows how to prioritize and works well under pressure
- Ability to understand data such as Audience Retention, and CTR and make informed suggestions and implementations from your findings.
- A YouTube Channel you’ve managed or built

**Compensation**

Pay for Full Time: $50,000 - $75,000

$40,000 - $48,000 Base + Retention Signing Bonuses ($10-30k+)
- Holiday Bonuses

After 3 months, Extended Health and Dental.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
