**Description**:
**Channel Organization & Strategy**

We are looking for a creative and results-driven YouTube Specialist to help transform Latincouver’s YouTube channel into an engaging, educational, and easy-to-navigate platform. This role involves auditing and reorganizing the channel’s structure, playlists, and visual branding, as well as creating a clear, strategic content plan to boost visibility and audience engagement.

**Responsibilities**
- Audit the current YouTube channel structure and identify improvement areas.
- Organize content into clear, themed playlists for easy navigation.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for SEO and audience retention.
- Develop and present a content strategy proposal to increase subscribers and views.
- Suggest creative formats to make the channel more engaging and educational.
- Ensure branding consistency across all videos and channel elements.
- Monitor analytics to track performance and recommend adjustments.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience managing and growing YouTube channels.
- Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and analytics tools.
- Ability to create user-friendly, well-structured video libraries.
- Creative eye for thumbnails, titles, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present actionable proposals.
