Utilizing our experience in building accounts to hundreds of thousands and millions of followers, we leverage those skills to create metric-driven success for our clients globally. **What your role looks like** We are looking for a socially savvy individual who is capable of managing several social media accounts at one time and who never fails to come up with creative captions. As a Social Media Coordinator, you are a proactive communicator who will utilize creativity and mad organization skills to take the lead on optimizing all Client marketing platforms, strategically and effectively. Role: Social Media Account Manager Position Department: Marketing Direct Manager: CMO of Luxury Listings Location: Downtown Vancouver You are someone that is passionate about social media, embodies a luxury mindset, appreciates the finer details, likes to have fun and works well in a team dynamic As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the complete day-to-day management of a designated number of client's platforms, working in collaboration with other stakeholders internally and externally. - Develop, maintain, optimize a social media calendar per client, and ensure that content is scheduled at least two weeks in advance through Hootsuite - Active community management of each account including but not inclusive: replying professionally to DM's, respond and react to comments, create conversations daily - Responsible for tracking down and recording potential leads, need to "warm" the lead, gauge interest for our client's services and deliver timely response on next steps - Execute strategies, plans and ideations to ensure client deliverables and KPIs are met - Work with graphic design software to produce high-quality graphics and branding elements that suit each of our client's unique aesthetic - Create and send out monthly reports to clients to track metrics and successes - Stay on top of social and marketing trends and strategies in real estate and affinities - Be involved in client kick-off meetings and check-ins when required - Manage communication with Luxury Listings CMO and management team - Use various platforms and Google Suite of products to develop, organize, and schedule all campaign data, track tasks, manage goals etc. - Travel on occasion, as needed, international travel may be required as well **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $37,808.00-$45,260.00 per year Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Commission pay
