Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, surveillance, and loss prevention, with the ability to lead a team effectively. This role is vital in maintaining a secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate security personnel to ensure effective coverage of the premises
  • Monitor surveillance systems including CCTV to detect suspicious activity and respond promptly
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify potential security risks or breaches
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage
  • Respond to security incidents, investigate disturbances, and prepare detailed reports
  • Enforce security policies and procedures in accordance with legal standards and company guidelines
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies
  • Train new security staff on surveillance techniques, loss prevention measures, and emergency procedures

Skills

  • Proven experience in law enforcement or security management roles
  • Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and monitoring techniques
  • Expertise in loss prevention strategies and incident response
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
  • Good communication skills for reporting incidents and coordinating with other departments
  • Ability to assess risks quickly and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Familiarity with security protocols, emergency response procedures, and legal regulations related to security operations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
