What you'll do

  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to our menu standards
  • Keep track of inventory
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food storage areas
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to guarantee safe food handling
  • Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service
  • Handle food items with care, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques
  • Support catering events by preparing dishes that meet specific client requests
  • Regular kitchen activities

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen roles within the food industry.
  • Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Experience catering is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food.
  • Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
