We are looking for a reliable Line Cook with real kitchen experience to join our team. You will be working directly with the owner-chef, preparing ingredients, executing menu items, and supporting daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes
  • Work directly with the owner-chef and assist where needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Support with daily/weekly inventory counting
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Help with opening and closing duties
  • Must be able to work weekends

Requirements

  • Kitchen experience required (restaurant experience preferred — not fast food)
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Able to lift 20–30 lbs
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Legally able to work in Canada
