The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a team setting, and takes pride in preparing quality dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
  • Ensure food is cooked and served on time while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
  • Assist with food prep, plating, and coordination during busy service periods.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Support a positive and professional kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to follow directions accurately.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
