About Us:

Regalz Bar is a vibrant Nigerian restaurant and lounge in Vaughan, known for its flavourful fusion dishes, upbeat energy, and weekend nightlife. We're expanding our kitchen team and are looking for dependable, hardworking cooks who take pride in delivering quality food and smooth service.

Position Overview:

We're hiring Line Cooks / Kitchen Staff to join immediately. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes following Regalz Bar recipes and standards
  • Assist with prep, plating, and portion control
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen area
  • Work closely with the team to ensure efficient service
  • Monitor ingredient levels and inform management of shortages
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of kitchen or line cook experience (preferred)
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced service periods
  • Food Handler's Certificate preferred but not required
  • Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
