Join our team as a Concierge in Ontario, where you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Based in Ontario, this role is vital in ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects our company's values of security and customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls appropriately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and guest support.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional front desk area.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company's services.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
