Pay: $250/week retainer + bonuses + reorder bonuses (details below)

Overview

Nourish Co. is hiring a disciplined, reliable closer to launch and grow our Signature Trio:

Zanjabil Glow, Zanjabil Refresh, Zanjabil Lift.

This is a local territory role focused on getting into priority accounts properly: decision-maker meetings, confirmed trials, fridge placement/facings, staff micro-training, simple activation, and a repeatable restock routine.

Priority targets (hit list)

  • Apna Farm (Ridgeway Plaza, 3525 Platinum Dr, Mississauga)

  • Sultan Ahmet Headquarters

  • Approved Ridgeway Plaza targets: Matari Coffee Co, Jabal Coffee House, The Bloom Coffee, Hot Spot Cafe, Al Bassam Roastery, Honey Teapresso, Produce Ville

What you will deliver (must be confirmed in writing by text/email)

1) 14-day trial start date

2) Placement details (fridge/cooler + facings + exact location)

3) First order placed (quantity + delivery date/time + payment terms)

4) Permission for a simple activation (sampling window or staff tasting)

5) 10-minute staff touchpoint (claim-safe selling language)

6) Restock cadence + clear point of contact

What counts as a "YES" (no loopholes)

A "YES" is earned only when ALL are complete:

  • Trial confirmed in writing

  • Placement/facings agreed in writing

  • First order placed (PO/invoice or written confirmation of quantity + delivery date)

Verbal approvals do not count.

Brand standards (non-negotiables)

  • Premium tone: calm, confident, not gimmicky

  • No medical claims (no cure/treat/prevent language, no disease words, no detox promises)

  • Stay in the "supports / provides / contains / taste / quality / convenience" lane

  • Cold chain respected at all times

Compensation

  • $250/week retainer (paid week-end after weekly scorecard is submitted)

Placement bonuses (paid once per account when the "YES" definition is met):

  • $300 — Sultan Ahmet Headquarters

  • $200 — Apna Farm

  • $100 — each additional Ridgeway Plaza tenant opened (approved list)

Reorder bonus:

  • $25 per reorder for 60 days from that account's first order date (accounts you open)

Apna performance bonus (paid at end of 14-day trial):

  • $250 if Apna sells 120+ bottles during the 14-day trial

  • $350 if Apna sells 160+ bottles during the 14-day trial

(Units are bottles ordered/sold through the account during the 14 days; returns/credited units don't count.)

Expenses

  • Local travel included; pre-approved out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed weekly with receipts.

Weekly reporting (required)

Weekly scorecard due Sunday 8:00 p.m.:

  • Accounts touched + result

  • Meetings completed (decision-maker present)

  • YES outcomes earned (with proof)

  • Placement photos (live accounts)

  • Reorders (with proof)

  • Issues/risks

  • Next 7 days plan

Requirements

  • Sales/BD experience with cafés/restaurants/grocery/retail (or strong equivalent)

  • Confident with owners/managers/buyers and disciplined follow-up

  • Reliable transportation for local territory travel

  • Able to move fast and document outcomes clearly
