**Company Overview**

Palm Bites is a gourmet brand dedicated to creating delicious chocolate-covered dates and a variety of nut-based snacks. With a focus on health and indulgence, we offer an array of products including date spreads, date drops, and nut butters that cater to the taste buds of our customers.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Key Account Executive** to oversee strategic client accounts and drive long-term value. This role requires someone who excels in relationship management, sales growth, and identifying business opportunities within key accounts. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the **primary liaison** for assigned key accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Develop a **deep understanding of client business needs** and provide customized solutions that align with their goals.
- Identify growth opportunities within accounts and drive **upselling or cross-selling strategies**.
- Lead the development and execution of **strategic account plans** to retain and expand business.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, customer service, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Conduct **regular business reviews** and provide data-driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in line with company guidelines.
- Stay current on **industry trends**, competitor activities, and market shifts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **3-5+ years of experience** in key account management, sales, or business development—preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of **meeting or exceeding sales targets** and growing strategic client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving** abilities.
- Experience using **CRM tools** (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage long sales cycles and complex client needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week

Work Location: In person
