Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales, a deep understanding of various vehicle models and features, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing personalized assistance to help them find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and establish rapport to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough vehicle presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle, budget, and preferences through active listening and effective questioning.
- Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle performance and features.
- Negotiate sales, including trade-ins, financing options, and additional product offerings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current automotive trends, models, and competitor offerings.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least [4] years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
