- Ensure the service department meets or exceeds sales targets
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
managing production workflow to meet profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals, maintaining efficient technician workflow, assisting in vehicle diagnosis, recruiting and developing qualified employees, ensuring quality service delivery, scheduling technicians, reviewing work for accuracy, and maintaining equipment and a safe work environment.
**Experience**:
- RV service experience, preferably in managing a high-volume service center in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry, and demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
