The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a motivated and results-oriented **Automotive Sales Consultant** for our **Cam Clark Ford Red Deer**location.

In the position of **Automotive Sales Consultant**reporting to the **Sales Managers**, you will be responsible for selling one of the most talked-about and reliable vehicles on the market and providing superior customer service to our clients.
- **You will be accountable for**_**:

- Understanding the features and benefits of all vehicles that are available for purchase while being able to effectively communicate this information to our customers.
- Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car.
- Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
- Building a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future.
- Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets.
- Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
- Maintaining accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
- Building and maintaining ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and research.
- Using customer relation management (CRM) software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Building and fostering a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Generating and developing new customer accounts.
- Maintaining professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
- **To be successful in this role, you must have**:_
- Your High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- A Valid Driver’s license with a clean Driver’s Abstract.
- A valid AMVIC license or are able to obtain your AMVIC license.
- The ability to work both in a team environment and on your own.
