Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of CRM initiatives. This is a remote permanent full-time role within Canada; only candidates currently residing in Canada will be considered.

The successful candidate will plan, execute, and optimize CRM projects with a focus on moving from on-premise systems to secure, scalable cloud environments. You'll translate business objectives into delivery roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage integrations and data quality, and drive user adoption and measurable outcomes. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred, but strong experience with other enterprise CRM/ERP platforms is also fully acceptable.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Own scope, roadmap, and delivery plan for CRM initiatives; lead discovery and alignment with business, technology, and compliance; plan and execute upgrades and the move from on-prem to cloud, including cutover and hypercare; manage integrated timelines, budget, dependencies, and RAID; coordinate integrations and data migration with SMEs and vendors, enforcing data quality checkpoints; govern change, release, and UAT through clear entry/exit criteria and go/no-go readiness; drive adoption and training with business owners and track KPIs/SLAs post-go-live; ensure security, privacy, and regulatory requirements are met for financial services in Canada; manage vendors/SOWs and maintain a post-go-live enhancement backlog.

Requirements:

5+ years of CRM or ERP project management experience in banking/financial services/wealth management (mandatory).

Proven delivery across discrete CRM components or modules; full end-to-end greenfield implementations are not required, but a nice-to-have.

Hands-on experience with system upgrades and on-prem to cloud migration initiatives.

Microsoft Dynamics background preferred; significant experience with other enterprise CRM/ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, NetSuite) is acceptable.

Strong stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to align business, product, engineering, QA, and vendors.

High-level knowledge of integrations (APIs, middleware) and data migration strategies, including data quality and reconciliation.

Familiarity with reporting and KPI governance; ability to support dashboard requirements with teams using common BI tools.

Solid understanding of security, privacy, and compliance in Canada and controls frameworks common in financial services.

Nice to have: PMP/PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification, organizational change management exposure, basic SQL for validation.
