**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a HubSpot Marketing / CRM Consultant and Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing HubSpot CRM implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration, and providing consultancy services to clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals.
- Design and implement HubSpot CRM solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Design and implement HubSpot Marketing solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Lead project teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing HubSpot features.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to optimize their use of the system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after implementation.
- Stay informed about HubSpot updates and industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

**Requirements for the Role**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- HubSpot certifications are highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Hubspot implementor in the IT industry, with a focus on software implementation projects.
- CRM and marketing-based project knowledge.
- ERP knowledge would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Hubspot projects from initiation to completion.

**Consultancy Expectations**:
When engaging with clients on a HubSpot project, the consultant is expected to:

- Establish clear communication channels to understand client needs thoroughly.
- Provide transparent timelines and expectations for project deliverables.
- Demonstrate expertise in configuring and optimizing HubSpot CRM for diverse business needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client processes through CRM utilization.
- Offer training and support to ensure clients maximize the value of their HubSpot investment.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Stay adaptable and informed about evolving CRM functionalities and industry best practices.
