Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business to translate user needs into intuitive, accessible experiences.
  • Develop and maintain CareQuilt's design system for consistency across products.
  • Conduct user interviews, analyze pain points, and validate design decisions with real data.
  • Advocate for simplicity, empathy, and measurable outcomes in every design choice. |

Requirements:

  • Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma or similar collaborative design platforms.
  • Excellent communication, able to explain design decisions in plain language.
  • Passionate about solving real-world problems and improving lives through thoughtful design.
  • Bonus: Experience designing for healthcare, elderly care, or accessibility-focused products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
