junior designer

to be part of our
foundational design team

The Role

We are looking for a
Junior Interior Designer

to support our senior designers by preparing drawing sets for current and upcoming projects. This is a technical, production-focused role with an emphasis on accurate drafting and replication, rather than creative concept work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating
    AutoCAD

or
SketchUp

drawings based on senior designers' plans
- Replicate kitchen and millwork layouts for multiple-unit residential or multifamily projects
- Organize, revise, and prepare drawing sets for internal use
- Collaborate with the design team to meet deadlines for permit and construction documentation
- Work
entirely in-house

— no client-facing or sales responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Intermediate proficiency

in
AutoCAD

or
SketchUp

(a short in-person skills test will be part of the interview process)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow and replicate established design standards
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields (preferred)
- Must be available to work
in-office

2–3 full days per week in
North Vancouver
- Available to start
early December 2025

early January 2026
