Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Property Manager Assistant. The ideal candidate is organized, inquisitive, loves being the solver of problems and has a natural aptitude for identifying and asking the questions needed to get the job done. You are the right fit for the role if you enjoy working with others and love answering questions in a cordial yet fun manner. We are looking for a finisher with an excellent ability to see tasks through to completion. Your first priority will be to assist the Property Managers so your hours will have to be flexible. The right candidate must have excellent computer skills and have preferably worked on a Mac Computer.

Shift- Tuesday to Saturday

9:30am-6:00pm hours change according to work demand

Duties

- Showing the vacant rentals and processing the Applicatons.

  • Provide administrative support to the property management team
  • Answering emails
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Utilize property ware software for property management tasks

  • Processing rental applications- Register mail notices to tenants/owners

  • Property Inspections

  • Property Showings

Skills

- Experience in Property Management and asset but not mandatory

- Experience with Propertyware, Tenant Turner, Lead Simple an asset but not mandatory

- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Ability to manage customer relationships effectively

- Proficient in office tasks

  • Must have a reliable vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
