The Position:

B&N Properties is a growing Residential Apartment Company that is seeking a Property Manager to join our team.

The Company:

B&N Properties is a local multi residential Company with over 25 years of experience in providing affordable and comfortable apartments combined with a high level of service to our clients.

Job Description:

  • Complete full cycle leasing of units
  • Monitoring and managing onsite resident mangers and communicating with tenants
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • Adhering to the tenancy act
  • Inspecting units
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and submit on timely basis.
  • Liaison between General Manager, Superintendents and Maintenance staff of the various properties.
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants and staff.
  • Collect receivable accounts and manage operating expenses.
  • Advertise and market vacant units.
  • Supervise Leasing Agent
  • Other duties as required.

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in residential property management required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge and experience in basic accounting
  • Experience using property management software
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
  • Strong prioritizing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, displaying initiative and problem solving abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
