Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Technical Architect

Location: Montreal

Pay: CAD 60-70/Hr.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong technical design expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across Salesforce Clouds and a proven track record in developing scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
  • Build and customize Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components (Aura & LWC).
  • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions like MuleSoft.
  • Develop architectural diagrams, data models, and scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices.
  • Manage deployment pipelines and continuous integration using tools like Copado, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Ensure robust security architecture, including role hierarchies, sharing models, SSO, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to bridge technical solutions and business requirements.

Required Skills:

  • 10-15 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with deep technical expertise.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), SOQL, and APIs.
  • Experience with integration design and data migration strategies.
  • Proficiency in architectural tools, scalability patterns, and cloud reference frameworks.
  • Experience with DevOps and CICD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Technical Architect) are a plus.
  • Experience with multi-cloud implementations and complex enterprise environments.
