Position Overview

We are seeking a
Senior Salesforce Developer
with
9+ years of Salesforce experience
, including
3+ years working with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
. This role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership to deliver robust, scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to the financial services sector. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise and the ability to lead end-to-end solution design, development, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of FSC solutions across wealth management, banking, and insurance domains.
  • Architect scalable and secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.
  • Configure and extend FSC features such as Action Plans, Financial Accounts, Rollups, and Relationship Groups.
  • Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
  • Define data models, security frameworks, and integration strategies using REST/SOAP.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, BAs, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Guide junior developers and oversee code quality through reviews and mentorship.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, and post-implementation optimization.
  • Evaluate Salesforce platform updates and proactively introduce enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • 9+ years of Salesforce experience, including
    3+ years with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
    .
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Proven experience designing FSC-specific data models and solutions for financial institutions.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, platform limits, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and DevOps practices.
  • Salesforce certifications:
    Platform Developer I (required)
    ; Developer II, FSC, and Architect certifications (preferred).
  • Background in banking, insurance, or wealth management is a strong asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce Shield, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Einstein Analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Gearset, Copado, VS Code, and Salesforce DX.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements in regulated financial environments.
