Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to become the cornerstone of our client's technical team. As their first dedicated Salesforce hire, you will design, build, and scale the platform that powers customer and operations experiences.

This role is hands-on and hybrid in Montreal, requiring both technical depth and startup hustle. You'll work closely with leadership to implement intelligent automations, connect Salesforce to critical systems like Azure SQL, and lay the foundation for future agentic and AI-driven solutions. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with Azure SQL and external systems, ensuring robust data pipelines and performance.
  • Develop intelligent automations and agentic workflows (e.g., Einstein Copilot, Agentforce, Azure OpenAI integrations).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Maintain Salesforce integrations, APIs, middleware, and security best practices.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and enhancements with minimal oversight in a fast-moving startup environment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers).
  • Strong track record in Salesforce + Azure SQL integrations (minimum 2 years direct experience).
  • Proven experience with intelligent automation, AI-driven workflows, or agentic frameworks (e.g., Einstein Copilot, Agentforce, Azure OpenAI).
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and security model.
  • Salesforce Developer I or II certification required. Additional certifications (Integration Architect, Platform Developer) are strong assets.
  • Experience working in a startup or scaleup environment with the hustle, adaptability, and energy to build quickly.
  • Bilingual (French and English) – must be able to communicate fluently in both languages (written and spoken)

  • Exposure to AI/LLM-driven frameworks and intelligent automation.
