Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, facilitating smooth operations, and enhancing the efficiency of our team.
In this role, you will support our operations by providing administrative assistance. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone interested in real estate. We offer a flexible work environment and an excellent opportunity to gain skills and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Physical and Electronic File Management - Handle large copy, scan, and print jobs. We ask that you m
    aintain a comprehensive filing and data system to ensure efficient organization and accessibility to documents, sales and rental data
  • Perform mathematical tasks for routine calculations and financial tasks on excel
  • Assist with other projects as assigned.
  • Draft and sending external correspondences
  • Supporting Principal with daily tasks and calendar management

Experience / Expectations / Qualifications

  • Post Secondary – Specialization in Finance, Political Science, Real Estate related fields
  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to efficiently manage data and documents.
  • Comfortable working remotely and/or in-office.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task while handling a high volume of work.
  • Ability to work independently and function effectively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with real estate concepts, terminology, and practices is preferred.

Work Environment:

Hybrid environment with the office located in Downtown Vancouver.

Pay: $30 / Hr (Equivalent of $58,500 Salary)

8:30 – 5PM

  • 7.5 Hr Workdays – Unpaid Lunch
