Huha is an underwear brand making healthier, comfier skin-layer basics that encourage one's sense of body positivity and self-love. In the process of creating what is better for our bodies and minds, we are creating a better world, too.
We believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable in their skin. For too long, we've been trained to think that the way we look is more important than the way we feel, and we're on a mission to change that.
We are a small but dedicated team with great ambitions. As a fast-growing startup, we believe that if we set our minds to a unified goal and work together to achieve it, the moon is the limit. Since our inception, we have doubled our growth year-over-year, given back to dozens of wonderful charities, and garnered tens of thousands of loyal customers who believe what we believe: that comfort is more important than vanity.
Huha is on a mission to create healthier, more comfortable garments that improve one's sense of body positivity and self-love. Our values guide our work, and our mission guides our values. About the Role Reporting to the COO and closely collaborating with the Founder & CEO, we are looking for an HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our culture and people strategy. You'll be responsible for driving HR initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, performance, and compliance, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As part of a nimble team, you will also contribute to our operations and HQ management.
This role requires someone equally comfortable with hands-on execution (recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, HQ management), strategic initiatives (culture building, performance management, compliance).
Does this sound like you? Do you enjoy creating people-first policies and programs that empower employees and strengthen culture? Are you passionate about attracting, developing, and retaining top talent? Do you thrive on supporting both individuals and the business in achieving their goals? Do you have a genuine commitment to building an inclusive, high-performing workplace? If you answered yes to all the above—we would love to hear from you The Opportunity
