We are looking for an experienced Contract Business Developer with a solid background in contract trading and business operations. The ideal candidate has led high-performing teams and possesses established international partnership channels in the crypto industry

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead user growth and acquisition for cryptocurrency and perpetual contract products — including public traffic acquisition, private community growth, user conversion, and full-funnel operational strategy (product, traffic, content, and user engagement).

2.Analyze user behavior, needs, and experience to identify growth opportunities; develop high-quality content and community-driven growth models based on brand and community identity.

3.Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously exploring innovative strategies and channels to drive user expansion and engagement.

4.Integrate data-driven insights to map the user journey, plan and execute campaigns that enhance conversion and monetization across internal and external channels.

5.Monitor and analyze operational metrics to optimize performance and ensure that all initiatives are guided by measurable data.

Requirements

1.Strong data analysis skills and experience using data-driven methods to validate and optimize operational strategies.

2.Deep understanding of Web3 user acquisition channels and community growth ecosystems (KOL/KOC). Prior experience with crypto exchanges or similar platforms is a strong plus.

3.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

4.Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred but not mandatory).
