Position: Sales and Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

- Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable margins for the company

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful delivery of staffing solutions

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the staffing industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
