Real Estate Administrative Assistant

The Carol Foderick Real Estate Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Administrator to join our team. As a Real Estate Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations and ensure that all administrative tasks are handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage and update property listings on various platforms including MLS, and Viewit.ca
- Manage paperwork and ensure that all documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, open houses, and property inspections
- Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed for real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, MLS and other common office software
- Knowledge of real estate transaction processes and legal documents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Scarborough, ON M1N 1V2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
