Job description

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing general office operation.
  • Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Coordinating enrolment of students to various programs and organize calendars for the virtual classes.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
  • Assisting the team with assembling the curriculum whenever needed.

Office Administrator Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • One year experience in office administration preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a good degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Apprenticeship

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
