Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant located in Calgary, AB. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare financial reports, process invoices and payroll, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, assisting with audits, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial transactions management, invoice processing, and payroll
  • Proficiency in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and account reconciliation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
