Position:
Accountant

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Lead the preparation of tax returns, including Canadian income tax and GST/HST filings.
  • Contribute to financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Help prepare audit files and liaise with external auditors.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects, client deliverables, and other tasks as needed.

What You'll Have:

  • Business undergraduate degree, or a degree in a related field
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.
