The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Conduct thorough account reconciliations, including balance sheet and general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and analyze gross margin reports to support profitability tracking
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
  • Perform financial analysis and cash flow analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity
  • Support audit processes and maintain documentation for compliance purposes
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and tax requirements
  • Monitor job costs and ensure accurate allocation of expenses to projects
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial report writing to drive organizational success
  • Support and oversee payroll

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in construction or project based industries
  • Proficiency in Accounting software and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a growing team
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $62,594.98-$92,687.66 per year
