We are hiring a bright and aggresive
Inside Sales Specialist (Technical)
who will drive business growth by combining in-depth technical knowledge of Adamson's professional loudspeaker solutions with strategic sales skills, ensuring customers receive the right system design, exceptional support, and a world-class brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, including regional forecasting and targeted outreach to new and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with touring companies, system integrators, rental houses, and venue operators.
  • Represent Adamson at industry events, trade shows, and customer demos to promote brand awareness and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with distributors and partners to increase market penetration and achieve sales targets.

2. Technical Consultation & Solution Design

  • Assess customer requirements and design tailored loudspeaker systems using Adamson Blueprint AV and other modeling tools.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations, product shootouts, and proof-of-concept sessions to highlight system performance.
  • Advise on system integration, configuration, and optimization for diverse applications including live sound, fixed installation, and broadcast.

3. Customer Engagement & Training

  • Build long-term client relationships by providing exceptional pre- and post-sales support.
  • Deliver technical training and product workshops for customers, partners, and distributor teams.
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies.

4. Sales Process Management & Reporting

  • Leverage ERP system to track leads, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales workflows, enhance customer engagement processes, and increase efficiency through automation tools.

5. Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of professional audio systems, loudspeaker design, and signal processing.
  • Proficiency with acoustic modeling and prediction software (e.g., Adamson Blueprint AV, EASE, Soundvision).
  • Familiarity with audio networking and digital transport protocols such as Dante, AVB, and AES67.

Sales & Analytical Skills

  • Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in the pro audio or AV industry.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline management.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for sales process tracking and reporting.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and multicultural client bases.
  • Skilled at delivering engaging technical demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally.
  • Multilingual abilities considered an asset.
