Overview

We are a growing marketing agency looking to hire an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in cold calling, appointment setting, and closing.

This role is for someone who thrives in outbound sales, is comfortable making 100+ cold calls per day, and has proven sales and marketing experience. You will be responsible for engaging business owners, qualifying prospects, and closing deals for our marketing services.

Responsibilities

  • Make 100 outbound cold calls per day to business owners and decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations
  • Close new business for the agency's marketing services
  • Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline
  • Accurately log calls, notes, and deals in the CRM
  • Hit daily activity targets and monthly revenue goals

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Sales and marketing experience is REQUIRED
  • Strong background in cold calling and outbound sales
  • Ability to consistently complete 100 cold calls per day
  • Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a contract, performance-based role

Compensation

  • Contract-based compensation (base + commission or commission-heavy)
  • Performance bonuses for closed deals
  • Month-to-month agreement with long-term opportunity for top performers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON M2J 4R3
