Overview:
We're looking for a reliable, well-organized Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations and support projects from initiation to completion. This position is perfect for someone detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. A valid Class 5 Driver's License and personal vehicle are required for occasional travel to project sites and supplier locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, payroll processing, and inventory management
- Coordinate with vendors and manage phone/email communications
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and coordinating tasks
- Support office systems and ensure smooth team communication
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year of experience in office administration or project coordination
- Proficient in QuickBooks, MS Office, Google Sheets, and Adobe
- Strong multitasking abilities, willingness to learn, and ability to handle pressure
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
- Experience in trades or interior/exterior design is an asset
- Must hold a valid Class 5 license and have access to a personal vehicle
