Proform Construction Products is a leading manufacturer of precast concrete solutions serving Western Canada's construction and infrastructure industries. Our Calgary plant delivers innovative and reliable products including residential precast, noise barriers, retaining walls, architectural precast, and structural precast.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator & Drafting Specialist to join our Calgary team. This role combines project coordination with technical drafting, supporting the engineering and sales teams to ensure projects are accurately designed, scheduled, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update detailed drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
  • Assist with project coordination from design to production, including scheduling, material tracking, and progress monitoring.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.
  • Maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Support estimating and sales teams with technical information and drafting as required.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination, construction, or engineering support.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with technical drawing standards.
  • Experience in concrete and/or precast projects is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive in problem-solving.
