2B Developments offers project management and development consulting services throughout the project lifecycle. We specialize in developing small- to medium-scale projects, working with both public and private sector clients, with a primary focus on creating new affordable rental housing.

Role Description

This is a full-time Project Coordinator role. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing a range of day-to-day activities to support our Project Managers, President, and clients. The role will involve managing project files, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The Project Coordinator's role is a critical component to our management of client and project files, and requires someone very organized, able to manage time and tasks efficiently, and, most importantly, is passionate about housing.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in planning, geography, business development, or 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and technology [GIS, Microsoft, Excel ]
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

Salary range $54,000.00 to $68,000.00/year
