Are you an experienced Project Coordinator that lives in the Leduc, Red Deer or Calgary area? We're looking for a Project Coordinator to support our growing operations in Alberta. The Project Coordinator is accountable for supporting all project deliverables and office functions including HSE reporting, coordinating regulatory deliverables and records management. In this role, you'll help keep our values alive — ensuring that as we scale, we continue to lead with care,
What You'll Do
- Strong technical capability, including understanding of sulphur handling/logistics, oil & gas operations, ABSA familiarity, and the ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Support senior project managers through technical reporting, proposal preparation, cost estimating, and contributing to project safety, productivity, schedule, and QA/QC goals.
- Provide financial and project management support, including organizing project teams, guiding technical/administrative tasks, and overseeing subcontractor selection.
- Ensure accurate project documentation and administration, including job setup, data entry in systems such as 4castplus, and maintaining complete and accurate daily timesheets.
- Contribute to cost control, forecasting, and financial monitoring, ensuring projects remain on time and on budget while advancing sites toward closure.
- Manage billing activities, including preparing progress billings, collecting holdbacks, and ensuring timesheet accuracy regarding rates, hours, and descriptions.
Who You Are
- You are someone who can work comfortably through long periods of computer-based tasks and maintain safe ergonomic practices, while also being ready to travel to field sites when required.
- You adapt easily to different work environments—office settings, outdoor field locations, varying weather conditions, and occasional exposure to noise, heat, fumes, or chemicals.
- You bring 1–3 years of relevant project coordination experience, using your background to support both administrative and field-related responsibilities.
- You are tech-savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software, and familiar with ABSA regulations.
- You communicate clearly—both in writing and verbally—and collaborate effectively with teams, presenting information with confidence and professionalism.
- You are detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage large amounts of information in a fast-paced environment.
- You have a valid Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation.
