Canada Sales & Education Manager

Position Summary

Summer Fridays is a rapidly growing clean skincare brand that is quickly becoming Sephora's top brand. We are seeking a dynamic
Market Specialist
(freelance sales) to join our team in the
Vancouver market
. This individual will collaborate closely with the Canada Sales & Education Manager to drive sales, enhance brand awareness, and improve rankings within designated Sephora stores. We are looking for a results-oriented, confident, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and will represent Summer Fridays with passion and enthusiasm within Sephora locations.

Key Daily Responsibilities:

Product Expertise:
Become an expert on all Summer Fridays products, continuously educating yourself to provide knowledgeable support.


•
Brand Awareness & Growth:
Drive the introduction of new clients to Summer Fridays, aligning with the company's 2026 growth objectives.


•
Achieve Sales Targets:
Consistently exceed the company sales goal of $150/hour.


•
Training & Motivation:
Deliver engaging and impactful product training to Sephora Beauty Advisors (BAs), motivating them to actively promote the brand.


•
Event Execution:
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate successful brand events that engage customers and drive sales.


•
Visual Merchandising Excellence:
Ensure the display gondolas are always stocked, clean, and aligned with brand standards. Complete merchandising updates as necessary.


•
Relationship Management:
Foster positive and professional relationships with store employees, Sephora FSC members and other brand partners.


•
Consistent Communication:
Maintain regular communication with your direct manager, providing updates and feedback on performance.

Qualifications:


•
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience; prior experience with Sephora is an asset.


•
Self-Motivation & Results-Driven:
Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and drive performance.


•
Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


•
Availability:
Must be
available 5 days a week
, with a preference for Wednesday through Sunday availability 3 weekends each month.


•
Logistical Requirements:
Ability to store and transport event materials and branded gratis. A valid driver's license is required.
