We are seeking an
Entry-Level Customer Service Sales Specialist
to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to strengthen both sales and service skills, and is looking to grow in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Represent client brands in retail locations through engaging, face-to-face campaigns
  • Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services that fit
  • Provide accurate information and resolve questions or concerns in a professional manner
  • Assist with campaign setup, merchandising, and maintaining an appealing retail space
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales and service targets

Qualifications

  • No previous experience required — full training provided
  • Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an asset, but not mandatory
  • Based in Vancouver, BC and available to work on-site
  • Full-time availability preferred, with some flexibility possible
