  • Translate complex engineering work into clear, compelling narratives for clients, partners, employees, and community stakeholders.
  • Establish and uphold a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across the organization.
  • Build internal communication frameworks that strengthen alignment, transparency, and engagement across offices.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication initiatives in collaboration with leadership and People & Culture.
  • Highlight company culture, employee achievements, leadership perspectives, and values through all strategic communication channels.
  • Ensure all communications reinforce AES's vision of designing a better tomorrow

Digital Marketing and Content Development

  • Modernize AES's digital presence, ensuring consistency, relevance, and alignment across platforms.
  • Develop and manage content strategies for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Manage and grow social media channels to increase visibility, credibility, and brand recognition
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation, distribution, and audience engagement.

Our Must Haves:

  • 7–10+ years of professional marketing and communications experience, ideally within professional services, engineering, consulting, or a related technical environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic, storytelling-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business objectives into clear, impactful messaging.
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Ability to work independently, challenge existing processes, and introduce new ways of thinking.
  • Creative problem-solving skills paired with strong organizational and execution abilities.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and AI-enabled communication trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong editorial eye.
