Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing email marketing campaigns for up to 30 clients, encompassing campaign strategy, copywriting, client communication, and reporting. This role requires a proactive approach to daily optimizations, strategic insights, and client relationship management through personalized communication and interactive sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns for a diverse clientele, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies tailored to client goals, including segmentation, campaign flow, and targeted messaging.
  • Craft compelling email copy that resonates with varied audiences, driving engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients, providing updates, insights, and reporting on campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed. Clearly communicate the rationale behind campaign strategies and any adjustments (or lack thereof) to clients.
  • Conduct initial strategy sessions with new clients via Zoom to establish campaign objectives, access requirements, and align on strategic direction.
  • Be readily available for client consultations, offering expert advice and answers to questions related to email marketing strategies and ad performance.
  • Foster strong client relationships through personable and professional interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in email marketing or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful email campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with an ability to create compelling and targeted content.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and effectively conveying strategies and insights.
  • Ability to work independently without micromanagement, demonstrating initiative, diligence, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and respond to shifting priorities.
  • Technical proficiency, comfortable using Zoom and Slack for client communication and internal coordination.
