Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager: Vancouver & BC Advisory, work with partners, service line leaders, and internal other stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Western Canada Regional Marketing team and the National Marketing teams to ensure regional alignment, consistency, and best practice sharing.
  • Coordinate and execute integrated marketing activities, including client events, sponsorships, digital campaigns, and community partnerships, to build brand awareness and support business development objectives.
  • Contribute to internal communications, event planning, and partner engagement activities to strengthen firm culture and collaboration.
  • Support the development and implementation of the annual regional marketing plans, including budgeting, event calendars, and campaign tracking.
  • Assist with concept development and creative coordination, ensuring all deliverables align with MNP's brand standards and messaging.
  • Measure, understand, and report on the impact of regional marketing activities; analyze reporting information and make recommendations to Senior Regional Marketing Manager for adjustments to plans and programs where necessary.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to regional marketing team members, fostering professional development and operational excellence.
  • Support the management and monitoring of the Vancouver and BC Advisory marketing budgets, analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
  • Maintain brand and positioning with MNP properties and utilize marketing materials including promotional items, brochures and tradeshow equipment.
  • Understand existing vendor arrangements/structures and develop and maintain those relationships.
  • Gather and interpret insights and assess the competitive environment, MNP market share and brand positioning
  • Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, businesses and niches.
  • Adhere to firm processes and best practices, including the use of consistent marketing and budget templates.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve marketing processes.
  • Conduct other adhoc marketing projects and activities as per Senior Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team environment focused on creativity, accountability, and shared success.

Skills And Experience

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree in Marketing (or equivalent / similar).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in a marketing or communications capacity and a demonstrated understanding of managing the entire marketing process.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment or marketing agency environment considered an asset.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Understanding and experience working in the local marketplace is an asset.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Possess strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of the Vancouver and BC marketplace is an asset.
  • Ability to speak and write Mandarin is an asset.
  • Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Database Marketing Software and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with web, digital and social media platforms.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is necessary as occasional travel within GVRD and BC may be required.

The annual salary range for this position is: $90,000 - $102,000. Compensation is determined based on individual skills and relevant experience.
