Your New Role

We are seeking a driven and adaptable Marketing Manager to support the execution of real estate projects and corporate strategies across multiple business lines, including acquisitions, rezoning, mixed-use development, and hotel operations. This role requires strong project management skills, an understanding of business operations, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is versatile, able to move seamlessly between marketing, communications, and business strategy while delivering high-quality outcomes.

You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership on corporate marketing and communications, business planning, and development initiatives. This includes managing external consultants, optimizing development efforts, and overseeing projects from concept to completion. The position calls for someone who's eager to grow and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include coordinating projects to ensure alignment with company goals and timely execution. You'll manage stakeholder relationships, streamline workflows, and implement data-driven marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and support both project-level and corporate objectives. You'll also play a key role in digital strategy, leveraging data analytics, financial insights, and AI tools to inform marketing and business decisions.

The role requires strong communication and creative oversight, guiding internal and external teams to ensure that messaging and visual direction align with corporate and development goals.

What Sets You Apart

You're highly organized, results-driven, and able to operate across business, marketing, and creative functions. With 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing, or business strategy, ideally within real estate development. You bring strong communication skills and proficiency in tools such as Notion, Asana, or Trello. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, and a curiosity for emerging technologies such as AI are strong assets.

You're passionate about real estate and bring an analytical mindset that helps connect data, design, and business outcomes. Multilingual proficiency (Mandarin and English) is an advantage but not required.
