Location: Remote (within Canada) or office (# West 73rd Avenue, Airport Square, Vancouver, B.C. V6P 6G5, Canada)

Salary: CAD $5,000 gross per month

Are you a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for reefing and aquarium technology?

Focustronic, a global leader in smart aquarium automation and monitoring solutions, is expanding in Canada — and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand and connect with reefing enthusiasts across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow Focustronic's brand awareness and sales in Canada
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and influencer collaborations
  • Coordinate product launches, promotions, and event marketing (online and in-person)
  • Create engaging content and visuals highlighting Focustronic's innovative reefing technology
  • Analyze marketing data, monitor KPIs, and optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in aquarium, marine, or consumer tech industries
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.) and social media platforms
  • Strong communication, design sense, and project management skills
  • Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Passion for reefing or aquatic life is a strong plus
  • Able to communicate in both English and Chinese is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
