Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment and vehicles operate smoothly and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of machinery and vehicles.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Replace or repair defective parts, components, or systems as necessary.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and resolve technical challenges.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role within the heavy truck field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and repair techniques.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00 per hour
