Viamede Resort is hiring an experienced event coordinator/sales role, with a focus on booking and coordinating weddings and corporate events. You would be joining an established team that mostly relies on returning guests and events, with strong systems in place to enable this. Your core duties would include:

  • Taking inquiries about events like weddings, corporate events, and similar events, offering site tours and phone calls to book the event

  • Coordinating details with the client and the resort, including working with the team on special requests, menus, and other needs

  • Calm, capable handling of wedding bookings from the first call to the day of the event.

  • Outside sales, including attending networking events, outreach to possible clients, and suggesting other ways to increase business during slower months

  • Generally helping out It's a resort - guests might ask for towels or the breakfast staff might need help clearing some tables during a rush.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
