We are looking for a highly driven Marketing & Business Development Manager who can grow our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and develop new partnerships across corporate, attractions, and event sectors.
Role Summary
This role combines Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
The ideal candidate will:
- Build a strong marketing engine that consistently brings high-quality leads
- Manage SEO, social media, advertising campaigns, content, and brand presence
- Develop and nurture partnerships with corporate clients, attractions, venues, and event planners
- Collaborate closely with our sales team, who will handle closing and order management
You are responsible for lead volume, brand exposure, and new business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Lead Generation (60%)
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other platforms
- Drive qualified leads
- Improve SEO ranking and optimize website traffic & conversion
- Create and manage content (photos, videos, social media posts) relevant to catering & events
- Track performance through analytics, reporting, and KPI dashboards
- Maintain a consistent brand image across all channels
- Plan seasonal campaigns (holidays, wedding season, graduation season, corporate events)
- Generate a steady pipeline of B2C & B2B leads
Business Development (40%)
- Identify and build new partnerships with corporate clients, attractions, food courts, event venues, wedding planners, schools, and community organizations
- Develop long-term catering supply relationships (e.g., employee events, holiday catering, food court suppliers)
- Reach out to new business opportunities through email, outreach campaigns, networking, and presentations
- Maintain strong relationships with existing key clients
- Work with operations and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, networking events, and trade shows

- Monthly qualified leads generated

- Social media engagement and campaign ROI
- Number of new partnerships opened
