Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calgary, AB, for an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting sales calls, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Account Management
  • Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
