The Opportunity

As a
Project Coordinator
, you will be an essential part of the operational success of our lighting projects — ensuring accuracy, communication, and smooth execution from kickoff to delivery. You will work closely with distributors, clients, engineering, and production to support every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows
  • Act as the main point of contact for distributors, clients, and internal teams
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports
  • Create, track, and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information)
    to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on submittals
    for approval by clients, engineers, and project managers
  • Generate, process, and manage purchase orders
    in accordance with project requirements
  • Track manufacturing timelines and delivery schedules to ensure on-time project execution
  • Support the sales team with product specifications, pricing, and customer needs
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production for custom builds or large orders
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
  • Ensure timely, clear communication across all stakeholders
  • Contribute to workflow improvements as LEDPAX continues to scale

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of project coordination experience (lighting, construction, or manufacturing preferred)
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, , etc.) and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Bilingual (English/French) a plus
